Construction Notes // I made the top out of double knit jersey, self lined! The shorts are just a pair of shorts I had laying around I attached fur trim to. Shoes I ordered from J-list and added and extra strap for luffy's shoes. The hat was a neon yellow luffy hat I ordered, spray painted a less atrocious color, replaced the band on, and added leather straps so it wouldn't fly away!!! The donuts are real, and the flag I painted on some scrap fabric I had laying around! I painted the CRI☆MIN symbol on my inner tube using acrylic paint. Wig is from ebay.
