Construction Notes // Made the skirt and little bolaro out of stretch velvet and the top out of red jersey, machine sewed the fur trim on, made little 4 way stretch red vinyl boot covers. Made the hat by interfacing the stretch red velvet & attaching fur trim. Wig from ebay.
